Come out and get active with us! Open to everyone and free! 

Our FREE self-paced walking program offers everyone a way to:

  • Reduce stress
  • Strengthen heart and lungs
  • Increase energy levels
  • Maintain and/or achieve a healthy weight
  • Get an opportunity to meet new people
  • Walk indoors - sheltered from the weather and safe with mall security!

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, from 8am to 10am
Where: Our desk near Wal-Mart at Marlborough Mall. Register, ask questions, and leave your jacket if you wish.
