The After Hours Clinic (AHC) runs Monday to Friday evenings from 6-10pm, and weekends and statutory holidays from 11am-4pm. This clinic currently operates out of the Sunridge Professional Centre:
How to Access
This clinic is available to all community members within the Mosaic PCN boundaries, regardless of whether they have a family physician or not. The AHC is not a walk-in clinic. Appointments are by referral from HealthLink Alberta only. A nurse at HealthLink Alberta will assess your health issue and may refer you to the AHC if appropriate.

Clinic Purpose
The AHC is offered in order to broaden access to appropriate primary care beyond regular working hours. In addition to increasing access to primary care, this clinic aims to reduce the number of patients with non-urgent issues who visit local emergency rooms and, in turn, reduce wait times at these acute care sites.
After a patient is seen in the AHC, follow-up correspondence is sent via fax to the patient's physician if they have one. In an effort to ensure continuity of care, this follow-up is sent regardless of whether the physician is a Mosaic member or not.
