Mosaic Primary Care Clinic 

Mosaic Primary Care Network has closed its Primary Care Clinic at East Calgary Health Centre effective Wednesday March 28, 2012.

Alberta Health Services (AHS) opened a Family Care Center in the existing space on Monday April 2, 2012.

If you were a patient of Mosaic's Primary Care Clinic please call 403-955-1400 to book an appointment with the AHS Family Care Center. Alberta Health Services assures us that they will continue to provide complete care.
