Chronic Pain Clinic

Mosaic PCN will be opening a Chronic Pain Clinic in response to physicians' requests for chronic pain support and the widespread occurrence of chronic pain in the Mosaic PCN catchment area.  Additionally, there are substantial waitlists for services at the Calgary Chronic Pain Centre.

The success of the Calgary Foothills PCN Chronic Pain Service has demonstrated the ability to manage many chronic pain issues within primary care.

Services:

The clinic will involve a physician lead, administrative support to establish the program and maintain its operation, and allied health professional support including nursing staff and mental health counsellors.  This program will operate once a week.  Training, mentorship, and support will be provided by the Calgary Chronic Pain Centre.

Continue to check this website for updates on the opening and operations of the Chronic Pain Clinic.  Until this clinic is accepting patients, consult your physician for available services and access to the Multi-Disciplinary team to help manage your chronic pain issues.
