This clinic will house the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). The MDT members will also work out of the Mosaic Primary Care Clinic for member physicians who prefer off-site (who do not have space to accomodate MDT in their own clinic). Check this website regularly for updates on when MDT members will be working out of this clinic. The opening of this clinic and relocating of some MDT members will help to accommodate patients whose physicians do not have the space in their clinics for MDT members to operate.
