Mosaic PCN offers FREE group session Anxiety Workshops This is a three-week group session, two hours per session.
Social work clinicians facilitate and manage the group sessions. A maximum of 15 people can participate in each session. Patients can also request the staff to follow the nondisclosure mandate if preferred.
How to Access:
Patients can participate by self referral (or get more information) by calling 403-250-5059 ext. 228, or speaking with any Mosaic-allied health care member. Even if your physician is not a member of Mosaic PCN, you are still able to register for these classes by calling the number above.
